Luckily, I won a Gold Medal in Best Performance Award for professional solo category!! The most important thing is I really enjoy with my friends there, Liz, Li Sin and i knew a new friend from Hanoi,Vietnam which is LEOPARD GIRL, Sadie!!!!!!! I just went there for 3 days, even it is a short time but i really really enjoy all the moments there.

14.11.2009- First Day
I woke up early in the morning to prepare all my things to Taipei. Some clothes, my costume, and exchange about RM400 to Taiwan dollar. My boarding time is at 1750. I went out at 1400 to meet my friend and reach KL Sentral at 1420 and having lunch there and after that took shuttle bus to AirAsia Airport!! When i reached there, Liz took bus to airport from SHAN DAO SHI to fetch me to the hotel. Wao!!!! Taipei's 7-11 really impressed me!!! So many food to eat!!!! Gothic Fusion

Hi, welcome to my blog. Where the place that I can share about my experience in this beautiful dance form and my way of interpretation of this art form.
I have been belly dancing almost for 5 years since I was 15 years old. I was very fat at that time and i reached over 100kg and because of this reason i was planned that i have to start to lose my weight down to have a better health and for sure, a better outlook. The first I started in my weight loss programme was Paula Abdul's aerobics CD. It was fun but for me, i am getting bored easily because i am a person who get bored very fast. Then some day i went to a shopping mall and i saw a belly dance weight loss CD that conducted by Rania. I was so curious at that time, i bought a CD home and started to practice it, and i LOVED it!!! After half a year i was trained in Cabaret Style, i found out that it really wasn't the style that i wanted to do. Then i was fascinated by Tribal Fusion Style and at last the Gothic Fusion.

It's my goal to educate the Malaysians and the public to accept the art of Gothic Fusion Belly dance and the fact that male belly dancer did existing in the society years ago.

In Malaysia, belly dance for the society is just about shimmy shimmy and shimmy and for somebody who is quite conservative, they will just said bellydancing is totally somekind of porn stuff. Plus, I am a male who doing bellydancing is just too ridiculous for them. BD in Malaysia is just about few years and i understand that the society doesn't understand really much in this art form. I am glad that I have a chance to show and educate the public that different style of BD and BD is not restricted only for females.

Gothic Fusion BD
In my opinion, GFBD is more theatrical, emotion and dramatic. This is the style where i can fully express my feelings, and emotions to the audiences. I found out that hand movement can really play a role in my choreography and its a very powerful tool for you to express your feeling and emotion and capture the audiences' attention. Besides, facial expression is one of the important elements in performing GFBD. Personally, the music genre that i usually perform is electronica and underground music. Furthermore, i am really in love with the music which has high emotional, depress and expressive.
